Refund & Cancellation Policy
All paid JustAidyn digital subscriptions are non-refundable after payment is completed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
No-Refund Policy for Paid Digital Access
All purchases of paid digital subscriptions are final once the payment or first paid subscription charge is completed.
Paid access is purchased through fixed subscription products, quantities, prices, and billing periods shown at checkout. For Kazakhstan visitors, prices are shown in KZT. For other regions, the site may show a USD equivalent calculated from the KZT price at 470 KZT = 1 USD. VAT/NDS is charged separately at 16% where applicable and digital access has no separate delivery cost. The no-refund rule applies to the selected paid period after payment is completed.
No refunds or partial refunds are provided for an active paid period after payment, including where you do not use the program, content, application, game, or other paid resource, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where JustAidyn decides to make an exception in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current paid period. Access normally continues until the end of the already paid billing period.
If your subscription includes a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid subscription and the completed paid charge is non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
After the first paid charge or renewal charge is completed, subscription cancellation annuls only future renewals and does not annul or refund the current paid digital access period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If the payment provider offers subscription management, cancellation may need to be completed through that provider or through your JustAidyn account once available.
Account Deletion and Subscription Refunds
If you delete your JustAidyn account while you have an active paid subscription:
- Your subscription is cancelled automatically as part of account deletion.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You are not charged for future periods.
- No refund is issued for the current paid period or the remaining days of that period, even if you did not use the service during that time.
- Before deletion is confirmed, you will see a clear warning that your subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
If you want to stop future charges without losing your account or remaining access, cancel your subscription without deleting your account. Paid access continues until the billing period ends.
Re-creating an account after deletion does not restore any prior subscription. A new subscription must be purchased.

Skills and Minds Hub free access does not involve paid refunds unless a future paid tier is added.
Regional Terms

Kazakhstan
For Kazakhstan users, paid subscriptions are digital content or digital service access. After a paid charge is completed, the paid period is non-refundable, including where the user did not use the service, unless mandatory Kazakhstan law requires otherwise.
EU / EEA
If EU withdrawal rights apply, you may lose the 14-day withdrawal right when you expressly consent to immediate digital access and acknowledge that this right is lost once performance begins. The checkout must require this acknowledgement before paid immediate access.
United Kingdom
If UK cancellation rights apply, immediate supply of digital content may remove cancellation rights after you expressly consent and acknowledge the effect of immediate access.
United States / California
For automatically renewing subscriptions, cancellation stops future billing. California users must receive clear renewal terms and an easy cancellation method before renewal charges continue.
Other Regions
General no-refund terms apply unless mandatory local law gives you non-waivable refund or cancellation rights.
